Century Springs East – Building. Please use the rear of the building – entrance.
USE THE ENTRANCE OFF OF HAMMOND DRIVE.
Park in the VERY REAR OF THE LOT.
Look for the RV for check-in – and BRING a photo of your car tag /trailer license number for parking passes.
Load in Times: Please come inside the RV
Saturday 09/25/ 2021: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM – All vehicles must be off-site by 9:30 AM
*(Please do not arrive early – Do not hang out in the parking lot – do not arrive at 6:00 AM – hoping to be first this is an active open business center- we have to wait for the police officers to close the road. This is an operational business and we have to stay out of their way.
Do not set up unless you have checked in at the RV in the event that you have been moved.
Event Hours:
Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am till 5:00pm
Parking:
Is in the rear parking lot. DO NOT park in the front parking lot – please leave that for customers. You will be there all day – allow them to park upfront. Please do not HAVE to be instructed to move your vehicle. The parking is near the entrance that you will be using. 6000 Hammond Road.
Trailers:
If you have a trailer – there is available parking in the rear of the lot – DO NOT TAKE TWO OR THREE SPACES. If your trailer is not properly tagged it will be towed – this is private property. There is NO overnight camper parking at this location.
MOST IMPORTANT:
YOU MUST HAVE A PROPERLY WEIGHTED TENT (all Tents MUST BE WHITE TOP TENTS).
There is also NO STAKING – TYING TO TREES or LAMPPOST in the park.
If you do not have a minimum of 40 lbs. per leg – you will not be permitted to set up.
NO SANDBAGS – covered in trash bags – tied to the corner/legs.
